White chocolate 45g
strawberry chocolate 47g
Strawberry dice
[How to make]
1. Sieve 150g of flour flour and 4g of BP into a container, dissolve 30g of granulated sugar, 100ml of fresh cream and add 20g of butter and mix well.
2. Introduce the strawberry chocolate and mix gently. Place the dough in a small muffin container until the 8th minute and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
3. When burnt, apply the melted white chocolate and put strawberry dice on it to complete

グラニュー糖 30g
生クリーム 100ml
ベーキングパウダー 4g
薄力粉 150g
ホワイトチョコレート 45g
ストロベリーチョコレート 47g
ストロベリーダイス
【作り方】
1.容器に薄力粉150g、BP4gを篩入れグラニュー糖30g生クリーム100ml溶かしバター20g入れ良く混ぜます
2.ストロベリーチョコレートを割り入れ軽く混ぜ、小さ目のマフィン容器に8分目まで生地を入れ余熱したオーブン180度15分焼く
3.焼けたら溶かしたホワイトチョコレートをかけ、ストロベリーダイスを乗せて完成です
